⚡️ expectations & guidelines
- what you receive: a fully personalized, deep-dive tarot and (or) oracle reading recorded just for you. your reading will be delivered as a private, high-quality video link that you can watch and rewatch at your convenience.
- the turnaround time: all readings are delivered directly to your email within (7) business days of purchase.
- how to prepare: after checking out, please be sure to provide your specific questions or any details you deem important to share with me promptly via email if applicable (heylove@cuspoforoses.com). No need to reach out (unless you want to say hello!) if you are receiving a general "what you need to know right now" styled reading.
- our sacred space: every reading is approached with deep respect, non-judgement, and total confidentiality. with 7+ years of professional reading experience, my goal is to provide clarity, confirmation, and actionable insight to help guide your next steps.
🔮 privacy & retention policy
- delivery & access: all readings are delivered via a secure, YouTube link with lifetime access.
- privacy removals: if you wish to have your access link deactivated for personal privacy after viewing, you may email me at any time to request removal.
- returns & archives: because digital readings are custom services, all sales are final and non-refundable. for business liability and proof of delivery, video files are permanently and securely kept in my private business archives. your reading is completely confidential and is never shared with anyone other than you, whether the link is active or removed.
